Responsibilities

The Field Construction Project Coordinator provides technical and field assistance to ADS Sales and Engineered Products Manager Teams, as well as facilitate proper training of product installation, and presence at job sites.  

 Primary Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend pre-construction meetings with Contractors
  • Job Site visits
  • Ensuring ADS products are installed to ADS Specifications
  • Working in conjunction with ADS Sales and Engineered Products Manager Teams
  • Have complete understanding and application knowledge of assigned product lines.
  • Track project progress in SalesForce CRM system
  • Sales-related activities revolving around business development and client development.

Job Skills:

This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Able to communicate with Engineers and Contractors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • An understanding of how to develop and implement an efficient work schedule.
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contractors and engineers
  • Onsite field experience

Educational Requirements:

  • Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of two years in the Civil Engineering or Construction Management field

Physical Requirements:

Full range of motion, to include sitting, standing, squatting, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.
